Select2 Disabled in bootstrap navbar

Hi,

Every time when I place select2 in the bootstrap navbar it’s not working and looks disable.

Bootstrap v4.2.1
Select2 4.1.0-rc.0

Hi, Every time when I place select2 in the bootstrap navbar it's not working …and looks disable.
